Shipping policy

I ship out orders in the same order they are received.  If your purchased items include a cut to order cactus , your order will be shipped after I cut it for you and after it has been properly calloused for shipping . I usually cut items the following day and allow them to callous for 4-8 days before packs them . 

I prefer to ship using USPS , I have a close relationship with my nearby local post office. They appreciate all my business and they treat my packages 📦 with the utmost respect !  I personally load each individual package into their mail van myself & I personally package each and every cactus for all orders ! 

I strive to make sure your cacti are delivered in pristine condition and I really do love when people leave rave reviews & message me on reddit or instagram letting me know their package arrived in perfect order !!! I’m always open to constructive criticism and any feedback, I love learning about cactus as well as learning about business!  I believe customer service is one of the most important parts of running a company. Whether it’s a large corporation or a small owner run shop like mine I feel that the customer is always right .
