One of my the cacti arrived with some damage - that appeared a few days later - very much likely from the delivery service. I reached out to Dave and he immediately apologized for the experience and offered to make it right with a replacement or refund. No questions, no issues, no pushback.
I was so impressed, I asked for a replacement Cacti, (and) I bought myself some seeds to help cover the shipping. ALMOST all of the seeds from Dave germinate-more than the average! I wish he sold more seeds.

I love it. I have had CHALA! Maybe 2 weeks and it has already shot out some good looking roots. Also Herbido I recieved at the same time and i noticed yesterday it has also just sprouted it a little tap root. So yes everything was packaged really good for safe journey to Tennessee. That was my first time purchasing from here and I will most definitely be a coming back for more. I love your you tube channel it gets me all cactus horney. Lol
