CSD

Csd stands for Chemical Shaman Dick . It was originally grown from seed in Australia by “Ferret” . It was named after his friend a Sab forum member that went by “Chemical Shaman”. He had unfortunately passed away and the name was placed in his honor .

CSD is extremely slow growing and does get quite thick. gRowan on its own roots Csd gets very monstrose with strange wrinkles and weird patterns that make it very attractive in cactus collectors eyes . This clone is highly sought after worldwide .  When grafted it produces vivid yellow spines that protrude in all directions , it does grow slightly quicker as a graft than when grown on its own roots but grafted growth is often less monstrose and without its telltale wrinkles. 
Csd is a difficult to grow clone that often gets spots and easily damages . Definitely a tricky one to graft , as it is very fat and requires extremely large rootstock . 

you will receive this exact cutting . It is about 3” thick and fully calloused and ready to ship . This particular cutting is nearly flawless with no scars , a clean fresh cut and a perfect tip .  

This was fresh cut just now today and will require a week before it is shipped out . Cut on Tuesday June 9 it will require a minimum of 2-3 full weeks before planting . It is however full hydrated and could be grafted immediately into many new grafts. it has 6 ribs and is totally symmetrical for maximum grafting ability .

I will not be offering very many of these in 2026 because of the time it takes me to produce them due to the slow growth .
